Ingredients: Organic Hops, Organic Cane Spirits, Local Spring Water

Dosage:

- 1-2 Droppers Droppers (20-40 drops) before bed in 2oz of water or cup of tea

- Keep on the nightstand for use in the middle of the night if dealing with restless sleep

- Do not operate heavy machinery after taking Hops as it is a sedative.
